- Expertly manage 4-6 tables during peak dining hours
- Accurately process orders and payments via POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless service flow
- Maintain immaculate table settings and dining area presentation
- Upsell specialty cocktails and seasonal menu items
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Deep knowledge of New Orleans cuisine and local wines
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- TAMS/POS proficiency and cash handling expertise
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
