Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service including order taking, beverage refills, and food delivery
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain clean, organized dining stations and adhere to safety protocols
- Upsell menu items and daily specials to enhance guest satisfaction
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Participate in opening/closing duties and deep cleaning routines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant serving experience preferred
- Food Handler/ServSafe certification a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
