Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm, personalized attention to all guests
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables while maintaining order accuracy and timing
- Process payments efficiently and reconcile cash/credit transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff to ensure seamless service flow
- Uphold rigorous cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout dining areas
- Actively upsell premium menu items and seasonal specials
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with solution-oriented approaches
Qualifications
- 1+ years of high-volume restaurant server experience required
- Texas Food Handler certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours with frequent bending/stooping
- Basic POS proficiency and cash handling skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
