Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, personalized service to 4-6 tables simultaneously
- Masterfully execute food/beverage orders with precision and timing
- Upsell premium menu items and seasonal specials
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and grace
- Maintain pristine table settings and dining area standards
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen/bar teams during peak hours
- Process payments accurately and efficiently via POS systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year high-volume restaurant experience
- Expert knowledge of wine/beer pairings and menu details
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Exceptional multitasking and time management skills
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Strong math aptitude for cash handling
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
