Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service including order taking, beverage service, and food delivery
- Process payments accurately using our POS system and handle cash transactions
- Build rapport with guests to enhance their dining experience and encourage return visits
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service flow
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas throughout shifts
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Adhere to food safety standards and health regulations

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Knowledge of wine, craft beers, and specialty cocktails preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for order accuracy and cash handling
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
