Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional table service with attention to detail
- Manage order accuracy and timing for 3-4 tables simultaneously
- Upsell specialty dishes and beverages to enhance guest experience
- Process payments efficiently using POS systems
- Maintain clean and organized dining stations
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams during peak hours
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant/server experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- ServSafe certification a plus
