Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with menu knowledge and upselling expertise
- Process orders accurately and efficiently through POS systems
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless guest experiences
- Manage section cleanliness and table turnover standards
- Handle payment transactions and reconcile daily sales
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Contribute to daily opening/closing duties and station prep
Qualifications
- 1+ years restaurant/server experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic math proficiency for order accuracy
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- ServSafe certification a plus
