Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with food/beverage orders and special requests
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash transactions
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless order fulfillment
- Maintain clean, sanitized dining areas and station organization
- Upsell specialty cocktails, appetizers, and seasonal menu items
- Resolve guest inquiries with prompt, friendly problem-solving
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant serving experience preferred
- Must obtain Florida Responsible Vendor certification (paid training provided)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced, high-volume settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Availability to work evenings/weekends (15-25 hrs/week)
- Must be 18+ years old to handle alcohol service
