Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with menu knowledge and upselling techniques
- Process orders accurately using our digital POS system
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food delivery
- Manage table turnover and maintain cleanliness standards
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile payments
- Assist with opening/closing duties as assigned
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- 1+ years restaurant server experience preferred
- TX Food Handler Certification required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Basic math accuracy for cash handling
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
