Responsibilities
- Expertly craft espresso drinks, pour-overs, and specialty beverages
- Provide exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of coffee stations and common areas
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with team during peak evening rush periods
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of customer service or food service experience
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation for evening shifts
- Must be 18+ to handle cash and alcohol service (if applicable)
