Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with menu knowledge and wine pairing expertise
- Manage 4-6 tables simultaneously during peak evening hours
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar teams for seamless order execution
- Maintain pristine dining room standards and sanitation protocols
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Support opening/closing duties including restocking stations
Qualifications
- 1+ years fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Illinois Food Handler Certification or ability to obtain
- Flexible availability between 4 PM - 11 PM (including weekends)
- Impeccable communication and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of POS systems (Toast/Revel preferred)
- Professional appearance and polished customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
