Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service while maintaining knowledge of menu items and specials
- Process orders accurately through our POS system and coordinate with kitchen/bar staff
- Manage table assignments and ensure timely seating/greeting of guests
- Present bills, process payments, and reconcile cash transactions
- Maintain clean and organized dining stations and service areas
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours and special events
- Address guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months serving experience in fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining composure
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Must be 18+ years old
