Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with menu knowledge and wine pairing expertise
- Process orders accurately through our digital POS system
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless guest experiences
- Manage table rotation during peak service hours
- Handle payment transactions and maintain cash accountability
- Contribute to daily side work and station maintenance
- Support special events and private dining functions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining/casual fine dining experience
- TAMRSA/Responsible Alcohol Service certification preferred
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic POS system proficiency (Toast/Revel experience a plus)
- Professional appearance and polished customer service demeanor
