Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service including order taking, beverage refills, and timely food delivery
- Master menu knowledge to recommend dishes, beverages, and accommodate dietary restrictions
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and manage cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service flow
- Maintain clean, organized dining areas and restock supplies efficiently
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and post-shift cleaning duties
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months prior restaurant or hospitality experience
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and order accuracy
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
