Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly with warm hospitality
- Take accurate food/beverage orders using POS system
- Deliver orders promptly and maintain table cleanliness
- Process payments efficiently and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless service
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old (alcohol service)
- Prior restaurant/server experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Availability to work evenings/weekends
- Food handler certification a plus
