Responsibilities
- Greet, seat, and provide attentive service to guests in a timely manner
- Accurately take and process food/drink orders using POS systems
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain clean, well-stocked dining areas and restrooms
- Process payments and handle cash transactions securely
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with a positive attitude
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate effectively with serving staff and management team
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional service
- Must obtain food handler certification (training provided)
- Reliable transportation to downtown Memphis location
