Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event infrastructure using provided equipment
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes with supplied technology
- Operate AV equipment, lighting systems, and interactive displays as assigned
- Enforce venue safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Assist with crowd management and guest experience enhancement
- Conduct post-event equipment inventory and reporting
- Maintain brand standards using provided uniforms and promotional materials
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age with valid photo ID
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours in provided footwear
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic tech literacy for operating supplied digital tools
- Strong communication skills in English (bilingual a plus)
- Reliable transportation to Toledo event venues
- Previous event/hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to lift 25lbs with provided equipment
