Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience required
- Expert knowledge of espresso machines and brewing methods
- Proven ability to multitask in high-volume settings
- Strong interpersonal skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic cash handling and inventory management experience
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, holidays
- Food Handler's certification preferred
