Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and precise techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm interactions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of coffee stations, equipment, and customer areas
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Assist with inventory management, restocking, and quality control of coffee products
- Adhere to all health/safety protocols and sustainability practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience or equivalent coffee preparation knowledge
- Proficiency in espresso machines, grinders, and milk texturing techniques
- Outstanding communication skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tracking
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
