Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and credential verification at event entrances
- Provide exceptional customer service and attendee assistance
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols
- Set up and break down event infrastructure (stages, tents, signage)
- Coordinate with vendors and onsite management teams
- Assist with emergency response and first aid when needed
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid government ID
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor conditions
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic First Aid/CPR certification (preferred, training available)
