Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm, attentive hospitality
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables while maintaining order accuracy and timing
- Process payments and reconcile cash drawer shifts efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service flow
- Maintain pristine station cleanliness and table turnover standards
- Upsell seasonal specials and premium menu items
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with service recovery protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of wine pairings and menu intricacies
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
