Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with impeccable timing and professionalism
- Master menu knowledge and wine pairings to upsell premium offerings
- Process POS transactions accurately and reconcile cash registers
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless guest experiences
- Maintain clean, sanitized dining areas and service stations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with grace
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Valid California Food Handler Card required
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Positive attitude with genuine passion for hospitality
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Reliable transportation to Oakland location
