Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to guests while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Accurately process orders using our POS system and handle payments
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food delivery
- Manage table assignments and ensure cleanliness of dining areas
- Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- Valid NM Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
