Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm, attentive guest interactions
- Accurately process food/beverage orders and relay to kitchen/bar teams
- Manage table turnover while maintaining impeccable station cleanliness
- Upsell menu specialties and seasonal promotions to enhance guest satisfaction
- Process payments efficiently and reconcile cash drawer duties
- Collaborate with hosts, bartenders, and support staff for seamless operations
- Adhere to food safety protocols and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- 1+ years restaurant serving experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety and allergen protocols
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Must be 18+ to serve alcohol
