Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service including order taking, beverage service, and food delivery
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Maintain clean dining areas and stock stations with supplies
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience in high-volume restaurant preferred
- Knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktail fundamentals
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Food Handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
