Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly, present menus, and take accurate food/beverage orders
- Deliver exceptional table service while maintaining knowledge of menu items and specials
- Process payments efficiently using POS systems and handle cash transactions
- Ensure dining areas remain clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service flow
- Assist with opening/closing duties including side work and station setup
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- 1+ years restaurant serving experience preferred
- Wisconsin Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Basic math skills for order accuracy and payment processing
