Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to 4-6 tables per shift
- Expertly navigate our extensive wine and cocktail menu
- Process payments accurately and efficiently via POS system
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and support staff
- Maintain immaculate table settings and dining area
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining server experience
- Valid NV Food Handler's Certificate
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods in fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of wine service and steak preparation preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
