Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with detailed menu knowledge
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless service flow
- Maintain clean, well-stocked dining stations
- Upsell premium beverages and seasonal specials
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years fine dining/server experience preferred
- Knowledge of wine/beer pairings
- Ability to multitask in high-volume settings
- Flexible availability including nights/holidays
- TAMS or POS system proficiency
- ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
