Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with attention to detail and timing
- Process orders accurately through our modern POS system
- Upsell signature dishes and premium beverages
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen/bar teams during peak hours
- Maintain pristine station cleanliness and table turnover
- Support opening/closing duties including side work
Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant server experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- Strong math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Professional appearance and polished communication skills
