Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service while maintaining knowledge of menu items, specials, and wine pairings
- Process orders accurately through our POS system and coordinate with kitchen staff for timely preparation
- Manage table assignments and seating to optimize guest flow and comfort
- Handle payment transactions, including cash, credit cards, and mobile payments
- Exceed guest expectations through attentive service and personalized recommendations
- Maintain clean, organized dining stations and contribute to overall restaurant sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
