Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service with menu knowledge and upselling expertise
- Process orders accurately using our digital POS system
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless meal execution
- Maintain clean, well-stocked dining stations
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile payments
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with hospitality-first approach
- Adhere to food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Contribute to team training and service standard initiatives
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience preferred (1+ years in full-service restaurant)
- Alcohol certification (TIPS/RESponsible Serving required)
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
