Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a warm, welcoming manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed knowledge of ingredients and preparation.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Process payments efficiently using the POS system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary service station.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server or in the food service industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of local area and ability to recommend specials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
