Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with menu knowledge and upselling expertise
- Process payments accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling compliance
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food delivery and special dietary requests
- Ensure cleanliness of dining areas, restrooms, and service stations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly to maintain positive satisfaction
- Assist with opening/closing procedures including restocking supplies
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months food service experience preferred
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with multi-tasking capabilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Florida alcohol service permit (responsible vendor certification)
