Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival.
- Present menus and answer detailed questions regarding ingredients, preparation, and dietary restrictions.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our state-of-the-art POS system.
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely and professional manner.
- Clean tables and maintain a pristine dining area throughout the shift.
- Handle payments, process returns, and manage cash drawers with precision.
- Upsell menu items and suggest wine pairings to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and alcohol service regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods.
- Basic math skills required for cash handling and tipping calculations.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
