Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phones, and directing calls
- Coordinate mail and package distribution while maintaining office supply inventory
- Handle appointment scheduling and calendar management for executive team
- Process incoming/outgoing correspondence and maintain digital filing systems
- Assist with basic administrative tasks including data entry and document preparation
- Support office events and ensure reception area remains immaculate
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
