Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and maintain complex datasets across multiple client platforms
- Process high-volume transaction records with 99.8%+ accuracy standards
- Perform daily reconciliation of digital records against source documentation
- Utilize proprietary software to flag and resolve data discrepancies
- Generate daily productivity reports for management review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data inconsistencies
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive client information
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in high-volume data entry or similar role
- Proven ability to type 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data management software
- Exceptional attention to detail and error-spotting capabilities
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills with logical approach to challenges
- Relevant certification in data management preferred
