Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and verify customer and account information into our secure database systems.
- Review data for errors or discrepancies and correct any issues immediately.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files to ensure data accessibility.
- Communicate with team leads to resolve data-related queries during the shift.
- Ensure all data entry activities comply with company security and privacy policies.
- Monitor system performance and report any technical issues to IT support.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer proficiency with a focus on typing speed and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively during the Night Shift (typically 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
