Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet all visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients, employees, and vendors.
- Communication: Answer and route incoming phone calls, take accurate messages, and screen inquiries with poise and professionalism.
- Scheduling: Manage the appointment calendar, confirm bookings, and coordinate meeting rooms as needed.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, distribute packages, and maintain a tidy reception area.
- Data Entry: Perform basic data entry tasks and maintain updated contact databases for the office.
- Vendor Relations: Coordinate with delivery services and manage incoming service calls efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
