Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area to ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all visitors and clients.
- Answer incoming phone calls with a friendly demeanor and route them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Screen and direct incoming emails, manage the company calendar, and schedule appointments.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Assist with basic data entry, filing, and maintaining organized office records.
- Order and maintain office supplies to ensure the workspace is fully equipped.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless office operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional receptionist experience is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment.
