Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory counts and warehouse cleanliness
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Collaborate with overnight team on order fulfillment priorities
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Communicate inventory discrepancies to day-shift supervisors
- Complete nightly operational reports and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Availability for 3-4 night shifts weekly (11 PM - 7 AM)
