Responsibilities
- Handle After-Hours Inquiries: Monitor and respond to support tickets, emails, and chat requests received between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM EST.
- System Monitoring: Perform routine checks on server status and network performance to ensure seamless operations during the night shift.
- Documentation: Accurately log all interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM database.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot basic technical and procedural issues for clients with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Shift Handover: Provide clear, concise summaries of overnight incidents to the morning shift team.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service or technical support experience.
- Availability: Must be available to work a consistent 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer troubleshooting.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information simply.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
