Responsibilities
- Handle high volumes of incoming inquiries via email and live chat during the night shift window.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately, ensuring high customer satisfaction scores.
- Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handover of unresolved tickets.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers.
