Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone during designated night shift hours.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, concise solutions to clients.

- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure a seamless handover of ongoing issues.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.

Qualifications
