Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support via chat, email, and phone for international clients
- Troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues using diagnostic tools
- Document all interactions in CRM systems with detailed case notes
- Collaborate with global teams to resolve escalated customer concerns
- Monitor system performance and report critical outages
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction metrics
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and training materials
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer support experience
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS and mobile operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Fluent written and spoken English
- High-speed home internet connection
- Available to work 3-4 nights per week (minimum 12 hours)
