Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Resolve complex customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency while maintaining service excellence
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and escalate critical issues to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Monitor customer feedback trends and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer data and company information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM and ability to multitask effectively
