- Collaborate with the team to improve service processes and maintain quality standards.
- Adhere to all company policies, including data privacy and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical helpdesk is preferred.
- Strong typing speed and computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work independently and maintain high productivity during night hours.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM or 11 PM - 7 AM).
