Responsibilities
- Monitor patient intake and triage during evening hours
- Coordinate staffing schedules for overnight medical teams
- Update electronic health records with real-time patient data
- Respond to emergency protocols and escalate critical issues
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handovers
- Maintain HIPAA compliance in all documentation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- 1+ years healthcare or customer service experience
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficient in EHR systems (Epic/EMR a plus)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations
- Availability for 20-30 hours weekly (3-4 shifts)
