As a Night Shift Associate, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring our products are processed and shipped efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Pack and Prepare Orders: Accurately pack and label products for shipment to ensure timely delivery.
- Load and Unload Trucks: Safely load and unload freight from delivery trucks using appropriate equipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and organization of stock areas.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during the night shift.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand instructions and communicate with team leads.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
