Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve service issues using CRM tools while maintaining 95% customer satisfaction rate
- Process transactions and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes
- Contribute to community outreach initiatives and local partnership development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor's preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience or relevant internship
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar CRM platforms
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings/weekends
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license for occasional off-site duties
