Responsibilities
- Execute event setup/teardown according to venue specifications
- Manage guest registration and attendee flow at check-in stations
- Distribute promotional materials and maintain brand presence
- Assist with crowd control and ensure guest safety protocols
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve on-site issues
- Document event activities and report key metrics
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods in outdoor conditions
- Basic smartphone proficiency for digital check-ins
